Just as I began this self-exploratory blog an illness in the family completely distracted me. But, here I am, back again looking at my own issues around weight, fitness and food.
I have joined a trial group of women who have committed to the Limba Slim, Limba Fit or Limba Quit programs of olfactory hypnosis using scent to queue our behavior into the positive messages of the 10 minute guided meditation we listen to daily.
This program is complimentary to the mindful eating approach I’d just begun to explore and is reinforced by group support. One can not over estimate the value of group support.
